Salon Ettiquette: Please arrive in good time for your appointment, otherwise your allocated time may need to be reduced or cancelled (fee will apply). No-show’s and last minute cancellations are a major issue for small salons such as ours, therefore, we may ask for a non refundable advance deposit which will be taken off your treatment total. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a charge for the treatment in full by our bookings system automatically (you will have to agree to this to secure booking). We understand that, on occasion, situations may occur whereby you may have difficulties attending your appointment. All we ask is that you give is a quick courtesy call so that we can possibly reschedule your slot, or give the allocated time to another client on the waiting list.
Similarly, if the salon is running late, we will endeavour to give you adequate notice or will reschedule you accordingly. We may compensate clients if we cannot accommodate your appointment due to our own error.
Consultations are free and included as part of our services – this is an important part of your salon experience. We may ask questions relating to your health, lifestyle & personal details which are all relevant to your treatment. Information is held securely within our database.
Patch tests are compliant with industry standards & EU legislation. Please ensure time for this at least 48hrs prior to booked appointment (maximum time 6 weeks) or your appointment will unfortunately have to be cancelled. Clients must undergo this very quick procedure for any hair colouring, eyelash/eyebrow tinting, spray tanning, and Glam Lash treatments to ensure your safety. However, on occasion, clients may still experience some kind of sensitivity or reaction to products. Very rarely is this anything to worry about, but always contact the salon for advice.
